JUDGMENT K. RAVICHANDRABAABU, J. 1. Mr. D. Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider her representation dated 06.12.2013 and to recommend her name to any suitable post for her qualification in the Government Department. 4. It is stated that the petitioner has registered her name in the Employment Exchange and periodically, is renewing the registration all these years. It is stated that her name is not recommended for the past 20 years and not sponsored by the third respondent so far. She further stated that she belongs to the Scheduled Caste Community. Therefore, she made a representation on 06.12.2013 with the prayer as stated supra. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the third respondent to consider her representation dated 06.12.2013 and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law without any further delay, however, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
