JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the state. 2. Shamsher and two others are before this Court seeking quashing of the first information report dated 2.6.2015 registered as Case Crime No. 369 of 2015 under Sections 376-D/506 IPC at police station Deoband, district Saharanpur. 3. We have the occasion to peruse the FIR and the background of the case, that has been so narrated in the body of writ petition, and as the FIR contains specific recital of fact of rape having been committed, in view of this, we refused to accept the request for quashing of the FIR. Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
