JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The petitioners have institution original suit no.570 of 2013 for partition of the suit property. They have now approached this Court for a direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously. 2. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that some of the defendants have appeared in the suit. Issues were framed on 26.2.2014 but since thereafter the trial had not begun. Even the plaintiffs have not adduced their evidence. 3. In this view of the matter, I do not find it fit to issue any direction as prayed for in the petition. It is left open to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the trial court itself for ensuring early disposal of the suit. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
