JUDGMENT Vakalatnama filed by Sri Sudhir Pande, learned Advocate on behalf of opposite parties No.2 & 3 and Mr. S.C. Yadav, learned Advocate appears for the opposite party No.4 are taken on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 25 June 2015 where by the petitioners representation against the tentative seniority list dated 16 April 2015 has been rejected on the ground that same has been prepared in terms of judgment and order dated 13 June 2013 passed in Claim Petition No. 80 of 2011. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has challenged the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal before this Court through writ petition No. 674 (SB) of 2015 which is pending consideration. This Court by means of order dated 14 May 2015 has refused to grant ad-interim relief. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, at this stage the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in writ petition No. 674 (SB) OF 2015. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
