Judgment : F.M. Reis, J. Heard Mr. Fahad, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Amonkar, the learned ASG appearing for the respondents. 2. The short grievance of the petitioner is that, the date of birth of the petitioner on the passport is not correct as it is not in accordance with the date of birth as reflected in the Register of births. 3. Mr. Amonkar, the learned ASG appearing for the respondents points out that the respondent no.2 shall proceed to carry out the corrections in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to carry out the necessary corrections in accordance in law. 5. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
