JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in the petition is for a direction to decide the Original Suit No. 645 of 2014 within a fixed time frame. 2. It transpires from the record that the suit in question has been instituted by the petitioner for declaration. It is stated that the defendants had been served by publication. However, so far, they have neither appeared in the suit nor have filed written statement. 3. In this view of the matter, no direction as prayed for in the petition, deserves to be issued. However, it is always open to the petitioner to impress upon the trial Court about the urgency in the matter to ensure its expeditious disposal. 4. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
