Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to implead the Sub Divisional Magistrate as respondent no.2 in the array of the parties, during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Lalganj, District Rae Bareli to decide the case No.19 of 2014 (Ram Kumar vs. Smt. Saloni Devi and Others) under section 145 Cr. P.C. P.S. Bachhrawan, District Rae Bareli within the stipulated time. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proceedings under section 145 Cr.P.C. are pending since 16.04.2009 and they have not yet been decided. Therefore, they may be expedited. 5. Perusal of the Annexure 1 reveals that the proceedings were started on 09.04.2009 and they are yet pending. 6. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the opposite party no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Lalganj, District Rae Bareli to decide the case No.19 of 2014 (Ram Kumar vs. Smt. Saloni Devi and Others) under section 145 Cr. P.C. P.S. Bachhrawan, District Rae Bareli expeditiously, if possible within six months. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
