Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents waive service. 3. After hearing the matter for some time, the following order is passed by consent. ORDER (i) The impugned order dated 12/08/2014 is quashed and set aside. (ii) The matter is remanded to the Revisional Authority to decide the revision filed by the petitioner afresh on merits after hearing the parties in accordance with law within one month from today. (iii) Rule made absolute in the above terms.
