JUDGMENT : F. M. Reis, J. Heard Ms. Asha Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2. 2. Mr. M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 upon instructions states that the respondents shall re-examine the impugned order dated 14.10.2014 passed by the Department of Home (General), Secretariat, Porvorim Goa, in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 23.07.2015 in Writ Petition (CRL. ) No. 48 of 2014 in accordance with law. 3. Ms. Asha Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as such points out that the above petition be disposed of by accepting the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Hence, the statement of learned Additional Public Prosecutor is accepted. Rule stands disposed of accordingly. 4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
