JUDGMENT Heard Shri Korgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Shri Ashwin Costa, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2. Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, waives service. 3. During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, both the learned Counsel have pointed out that the parties have amicably settled their dispute with regard to the subject matter of the above Writ Petition and have signed Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioners as well as by the Respondents along with their respective Advocates. The Petitioner, who is present in Court, has admitted the contents of the Consent Terms. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, upon instructions, states that the Respondents have duly signed the Consent Terms after understanding the contents thereof. It is also brought to my notice that both the learned Counsel have signed the Consent Terms upon instructions of the respective parties. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4. In view of the above, the above Petition stands disposed of in view of the Consent Terms marked 'X' for identification.
