JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri M. Shahanshah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.2.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 11267 of 2015 (Smt. Kusum Devi Vs. State of U.P. and Others), by which the writ petition was disposed of with the direction to the opposite party to consider the cause and pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 3. It has been stated that in spite of service of the certified copy of the order on 28.2.2015, the opposite party has not taken any decision as directed by the writ Court. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.2.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 11267 of 2015 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity is given to the opposite party to comply the order dated 25.2.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 11267 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application is disposed of.
