JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The plaintiff petitioner has instituted Original Suit No. 802 of 2009 for specific performance of a registered agreement for sale deed dated 4 June 2008. He has approached this Court for a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit within a stipulated time. 2. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the plaintiff petitioner got the plaint amended by an order dated 20 November 2014. Thereafter, the trial Court has granted time to the defendant to file additional written statement. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to issue any direction as prayed for in the petition. 3. However, it is always open to the petitioner to request the trial Court to fix short dates in the matter so that the suit is disposed of expeditiously. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
