JUDGMENT 1. -This restoration application has been filed for restoration of S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.4386/14, which stands dismissed in view of the continuous default in appearance. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertent error on his part, he could not appear in the matter when it was called for hearing. 3. In this view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost Rs. 1000/-. The cost may be deposited by the counsel for the petitioner with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks. On deposition of the cost, the writ petition shall stand restored to its original number.Application Allowed. *******
