JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction to the court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant in case crime no. 107 of 2015, under Section 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Aurangabad, district Bulandshahr on the same day. 3. Keeping in view the law laid down in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U. P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290, which has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U. P. reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC) there is no need to issue any direction for disposal of the bail application on the same day because the guidelines laid down in the aforementioned cases are binding on subordinate courts also. Thus I do not find any occasion to issue any direction in this petition. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.
