JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 275 of 2012 (State Vs. Neeraj Kumar Rai) relating to case crime no. 86 of 2012, under sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) X S.C. S.T. Act, P.S. Maduadeeh, District Varanasi. 3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the applicant prays that a direction may be issued to the courts below for expeditious disposal of bail application of the applicants. 4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction that in case the applicant appears and surrenders before the court below within 30 days from today and applies for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered and decided in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 as well as judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC) Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. after affording opportunity of hearing to concerned parties. It is made clear that the applicants will not be granted any further time by this Court for surrendering before the Court below, as directed above.
