JUDGMENT : Sanjay Karol, J. 1. In the instant case, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 280/2011 dated 7.9.2011, registered at Police Station, Poanta Sahib, District Sirmaur, H.P. under Sections, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Sections 63 and 64 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999. 2. In view of the intervening developments, as is evident from the response filed by the respondents, since Challan stands filed, it shall be open for the petitioners to agitate all issues before the concerned Court at the stage of framing of charges. Liberty granted to the petitioners to approach this Court, if need so arises subsequently. 3. In view of the aforesaid, present petition stands disposed of, so also, pending application(s), if any.
