JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri Sudeep Dwivedi holding brief of Sri D.C.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 11.9.2014 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 48950 of 2014 (Ghanshyam Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others) wherein this Court has observed as under: "Be that as it may, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for taking final decision in pursuance of order dated 26.7.2011. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.1 along with a certified copy of this order within three weeks from this date, in the even, if any such representation is filed before the respondent no.1, the Court hope and trust that respondent no.1 shall take decision expeditiously in the matter and he shall pay regard to the fact that in the matter of compassionate appointment the decision should be taken without any delay. With the aforesaid observations and order, writ petition is finally disposed of. " 3. It is stated that in spite of service upon the opposite party no order has yet been passed. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.9.2014 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this state, one more opportunity is given to the opposite party to comply with the order dated order dated 11.9.2014 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 48950 of 2014 (Ghanshyam Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others)passed by this Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
