JUDGMENT Yashwant Varma, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that the applicants had been regularly attending the Court right from the date of filing of charge sheet in 2011 and it was only due to inadvertent mistake that they could not appear on 14.05.2015 and 10.06.2015, as a result of which non-bailable warrants have been issued by the Court. He has also referred to the order sheet filed along with this application in support of his above submission. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that the applicants had appeared and had been continuously appearing and attending the Court proceedings and it was only on 14.05.2015 and 10.06.2015 that they did not appear. 4. Accordingly and in light of the above special circumstances and bearing in mind that the applicants had been regularly appearing in the Court right upto 14.05.2015, the operation of the non-bailable warrants said to have been issued against the applicants shall be kept in abeyance for a period of 15 days from today subject to the condition that they will surrender and regularly appear in the proceedings in which the examination of the PW-1 has commenced. It is made clear that in case the applicants do not abide by the terms imposed in this order, the Court concerned shall be free to take all coercive action against the applicants. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
