JUDGMENT Rajan Roy, J. Heard. 2. Considering the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 is dispensed with. 3. The regular Suit No.77 of 2003 is said to be pending for the past 12 years. Issues are said to have been framed but it is alleged that no date has been fixed for evidence. 4. Let the proceedings be concluded by the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him, if there is no legal impediment. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
