JUDGMENT Pankaj Naqvi,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. By the present application under section 482 CrPC, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Court below to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day in case crime no.182 of 2015, under Sections 306 IPC, police station Mahavan, District Mathura. 3. Learned AGA raised a preliminary objection with regards to the maintainability of the application, inasmuch as, neither charge sheet has been submitted, nor any proceeding is pending before the Court concerned and even the applicant has not so far surrendered and applied for bail before the Court concerned. 4. In view of the above, the prayer of the applicant is misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected. The application is dismissed.
