JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction to the court below to decide the matter expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that it is the case of 2003 and the case has not yet been decided. 4. The perusal of order-sheets reveal that the charge-sheet was filed on 24.01.2004 and after issuing various process, the petitioners had appeared before the court in the year 2008 upon which the charges were framed and after that, the petitioners again remained absent since 06.06.2012 and ultimately appeared before the Trial Court on 15.01.2015. In this way, they remained absent for about three years. 5. The order sheets further reveals that the petitioners are not themselves cooperating with the trail. Therefore, there is no sufficient ground to issue any direction to the court below. The petition is dismissed.
