JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. Heard counsel for the petitioners and Sri Prakash Padia for the sole respondent. 2. The only prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the trial Court to decide the review application No. 5 of 2012, which the petitioners have filed against the judgment and decree dated 14 February 2012 expeditiously. 3. After considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to issue any such direction. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the Court, before whom the review application is pending, with prayer for its expeditious disposal. 4. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
