JUDGMENT Aditya Nath Mittal, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned A.G.A and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the trial court to decide the complaint of the petitioner within two months. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that long dates are being given by the Presiding Officer and he is not taking any interest with the disposal of the complaint, which is pending since 2008. In this case the comments were called from the court concerned who has sent on 01.04.2015. As per the comments of learned Presiding Officer, the total pending cases are 8378 in his court and the Advocates are not cooperative with the court. It has also been mentioned that the petitioner himself took two months time to file his evidence under Section 254 Cr.P.C. and the court is mentioning every evidence to decide the case. 4. Perusal of the order charge-sheet reveals that the petitioner has adduced his evidence very late and now the case is fixed for cross-examination. I do not find any inordinate delay in the disposal of the case. The petition is dismissed.
