Order : Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though application has been submitted with the respondent authorities that the petitioner does not require electricity connection any more, the connection has not been removed nor the meter. In view of the above submission, it is directed that the authorities may take appropriate steps towards disconnection of electricity and withdrawal of meter. This order shall not come in the way of respondents in making recovery of dues, if any, in respect of the electricity supply. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off.
