JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 31.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 16644 of 2015 (Om Prakash Dubey Vs. State of U.P. and Others), by which the writ petition was disposed of with the direction to consider and decide the representation of the applicant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 3. It has been stated that in spite of service of the certified copy of the order on 7.4.2015, the order of the writ Court has not been complied with. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order dated 31.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 16644 of 2015 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity is given to comply the order dated 31.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 16644 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application is disposed of.
