JUDGMENT : Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 20.06.2008 passed in A.S.No.5 of 2008 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam, confirming the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2007 made in O.S.No.6 of 2002 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Coonor. On the earlier occasions, there was no representation for the appellants and the Registry is directed to list the matter today under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
