This appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 08.04.2010 passed by learned Single Judge in SWP No. 817/2010 wherein the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition in terms of order 24.02.2010 passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPASW No.438/2001. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents produced order dated 05.12.2014 passed by Hon ble the Supreme Court in SLP No. 35603/2010 affirming the order dated 24.02.2010 passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPASW No.438/2001. 3. In the light of the dismissal of the aforesaid SLP, order dated 08.04.2010 passed by learned Single Judge following the order passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPASW No.438/2001 is just and proper. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed.
