JUDGMENT Shashi Kant, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for direction to Courts below to consider and decide the bail application of the applicant expeditiously, if possible on the same day, in pursuance to First Information Report dated 21.06.2015, registered as Case Crime No. 339 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 326, 323, 324, 504 I.P.C. at Police Station - Cantt, District - Varanasi. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. contended that prayer for direction to the Courts below for disposal of bail application of applicant on the same day, does not come within the purview of inherent power of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., hence this application is liable to be dismissed. 4. In view of aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of with the direction that if the applicant surrenders before the courts below within thirty days, from today, and applies for bail, his Bail Application shall be considered and decided by the courts below, expeditiously, if possible within sixty days from the date of application. 5. It is made clear that this order shall not be treated as an implied direction of this Court to grant bail to the applicant and the trial court shall be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance to law. 6. Till the aforesaid period of thirty days, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 7. In case, applicant fails to surrender before the Courts below within the stipulated period of thirty days, the Court below shall be at liberty to proceed with the case.
