Judgment F.M. Reis, J. Heard 2. Rule. 3. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned counsel for the respective parties. 4. Ms. Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4. 5. The main grievance of the petitioner in the above Writ Petition is that the respondent no. 2 has not conducted the election in terms of Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001 and the relevant Rules to constitute the Board of Directors of the respondent no. 5. 6. Ms. Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate seeks further time to complete the Election Process and also in view of the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.628/2015. 7. In the facts and circumstances, we find it appropriate at this stage to grant time to complete the election process on or before 31.10.2015. Hence we direct the respondent no.2 to complete the election process in respect of the respondent no.5 in all respects on or before 31.10.2015. 8. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
