JUDGMENT Mohd. Tahir, J. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed before this Court with a prayer to direct the Courts below to hear and to decide the bail application of applicant in Case Crime No. 243 of 2015, under Section 392 I.P.C., Police Station Jalesar, District Etah and in this regard the applicant some interim protection. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record. 3. Regard being had to facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby direct that if the applicant surrenders before the Court below within 30 days from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided by both the Courts below expeditiously, if possible, on the same day. With the above direction, this application is finally disposed of.
