JUDGMENT Mohd. Tahir, J. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the concerned Court below to conclude and decide S.T. No. 105 of 2012 (State Vs. Sahas Naam Das @ Arvind Patil) arising out of Case Crime No. 1116 of 2011, under Section 392 I.P.C., P.S. Vrindavan, District Mathura pending in the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mathura. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. 3. From the perusal of the record it appears that the Presiding Officer of the trial Court concerned is making his best efforts to procure the attendance of PW1 who is living in other Country Holland. Non bailable warrant was issued through the higher commissioner and letters to the S.S.P. were also written by the Court concerned in this regard. So I do not find any substance in this application. Therefore, the application is dismissed.
