JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Bansal, who appears for University of Delhi, informs me that there is a procedure for issuance of a confidential result. He says that, that procedure can be adopted vis-a-vis the petitioners as well, provided they apply to the examination branch of the University of Delhi. Mr. Bansal says that if the petitioners appear before the concerned officer in the examination branch, before 4:00 p.m. today, the process will commence and confidential results will be declared in the next three to four days. 2. Ms Anita Sahani, who appears for respondent No. 1, says that if confidential results are obtained and submitted to the said respondent, admissions would be regularized provided the results show that the petitioners have passed. 3. Mr. Aakash Yadav, who appears for the SOL, takes the same stand as that which is taken by Ms Anita Sahani. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the concerned authority in the examination branch before 4:00 p.m. today. The examination branch will take necessary steps for issuance of confidential results qua the petitioners. The concerned officer will render all necessary assistance to the petitioners in that behalf and, if any fee is to be deposited, the same will be collected. The examination branch will declare the result, not later than 29.10.2015. If, the confidential results, so declared, demonstrate that the petitioners have passed their exams, they shall be granted regular admission by respondent No. 1. The petitioners will carry their confidential results to respondent No. 1, latest by 02.11.2015. Till then, interim order passed by this court will continue to operate. 5. The writ petition and the application are disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 6. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
