During the course of the hearing of the above Writ Petition, Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Shri J. A. Lobo, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent nos. 3, 6 to 10, have pointed out that the parties have amicably agreed to an arrangement in respect of the grievances raised by the Petitioners by filing Minutes of Order duly signed by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and by the Petitioner no.1 and Respondent no. 3. 4. Shri Vivek Rodrigues, Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2, who is present in Court, also consents to the disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the Minutes of Order. 5.
