JUDGMENT Pratyush Kumar, J. Vakalatnama filed by Sri S.N. Yadav, Advocate is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 3. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Ranjeet @ Dablu who is involved in Case Crime No. 148 of 2015, under Section 307 , 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Linepar, District Firozabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant is before this Court to seek bail in Case Crime No. 148 of 2015, under Section 307 , 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Linepar, District Firozabad. According to the F.I.R. lodged by one Mukesh Kumar on the altercation applicant-accused, Ranjeet @ Dablu had fired with the intention to kill on his brother. The bullet while touching the face of his brother went away, his brother has been seriously injured and taken to a hospital. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent he has no previous criminal history. No injury has been found on the face of the Bhanwar Singh. The applicant is in jail since 10.6.2015. 5. On behalf of the complainant and State opposed the bail application. The statement of Bhanwar Singh discloses that bullet touching his face went stray. According to the medical report printed ridhesh burn and small printed tattoing were found on the face and nose of Bhanwar Singh. The fire had not caused any injury, oral evidence regarding intention to kill remains uncorroborated. 6. Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides and going through the record, without commenting on the merits of the case, I find it a fit case for bail. 7. Let applicant, Ranjeet @ Dablu, be released on bail in the aforesaid case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
