JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 67507 of 2014 (Smt. Savita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and Others), by which the writ petition was disposed of with the direction to consider and decide the representation of the applicant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 3. It is stated that in spite of service of the certified copy of the order on 26.12.2014, the order of the writ Court has not been complied with. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 67507 of 2014 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court is granted to comply with the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 67507 of 2014. In case the order is not complied with within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application is disposed of.
