JUDGMENT Rajesh Dayal Khare, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The applicants, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer that their bail application in Case Crime No. 577 of 2015 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 324, 392, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)X of SC/ST Act, Police Station Shahganj District Jaunpur be ordered to be considered expeditiously, if possible on the same day by the Court below. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that earlier applicants have filed Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.15425 of 2015, which was dismissed without any relief, copy of the said order has been produced by the learned counsel for the applicant, which is being taken on record. 4. In view of the order passed in Criminal Misc. (482) Application No. 21679 of 2014 dated 03.07.2014, no further direction is required to be passed in the present case. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed off.
