JUDGMENT K. RAVICHANDRABAABU, J. 1. Mr. K.P. Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant annual increment for the year 2010 to 2014 and also the Selection Grade pay in the post of Forest Range Officer, from the year 2009 and including all other monetary benefits and arrears payable to the petitioner along with interest. 4. It is seen that, seeking for the very same relief the petitioner has already made a representation on 23.07.2014 to the respondents 1 and 2, and the said representation is still pending. 5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
