JUDGMENT B. RAJENDRAN, J. 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to consider Petitioner's Representation dated 07.07.2014 and to survey the Petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in Survey Nos. 184/1, 185/3 and to issue individual patta to the petitioner which is situated at Poomparai, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District. 2. Mr. S. Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issued involved, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
