JUDGMENT Mahendra Dayal, J. In pursuance to the order dated 14.07.2015, the opposite parties no.4 to 6 have appeared before this Court through counsel Sri Rajesh Kumar Awasthi who has filed Vakalatnama on their behalf today in Court which is taken on record. 2. The detenue Smt. Usha Devi is also present in the Court and has been identified by her counsel. On being asked, she stated that she does not know any Sandeep Kumar Tiwari who is alleged husband of the detenue. A copy of the marriage certificate annexed with the petition was also shown to the detenue who although admitted her photograph and signature but stated that she can not tell as to how this photograph and signature were obtained. She has further stated that she does not want to live with Sandeep Kumar Tiwari. She has further stated that she has performed her marriage with Nirmal Kumar Pathak and is living with her comfortably. 3. As the detenue is a major and does not want to live with the applicant and is also not in illegal custody of any one, therefore, the habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed.
