Judgment :- 1. The appellant is the Transport Corporation. The appeal is against the judgment and decree dated 21.07.2006 in M.C.O.P.No.304 of 2004. 2. The Transport Corporation has a grievance that the amount awarded by the Tribunal is excessive. But, the fact is otherwise. The claimant has filed C.M.A.(MD) No.839 of 2008 seeking for enhancement of the compensation. This Court allowed the appeal on 18.04.2013, enhancing the award amount. I am not going into the details of the same. 3. In view of the aforesaid developments, I am of the view that the appeal deserves to be rejected. 4. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
