Judgment :- 1. The grievance of the petitioner in both contempt petitions is that the common order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.6346 of 2010 and 7618 of 2010 dated 25.04.2014 has not been complied with. 2. A perusal of the said common order would show that this Court directed the first respondent to complete the enquiry as well as the disciplinary proceedings, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and pass appropriate orders thereafter. 3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already final order has been passed on 25.12.2014, as directed by this Court. He has also produced a xerox copy of the order dated 25.12.2014. 4. Considering the fact that final order has already been passed, these contempt petitions are closed. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been served with the order copy so far and also the proceedings referred to in paragraph 5' of the said order. The respondents are directed to furnish the final order passed on 25.12.2014 as well as the proceedings referred to in paragraph 5' dated 05.12.2014 to the petitioner forthwith.
