JUDGMENT F. M. Reis, J. 1. Heard Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, Mr. John A. Lobo, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Vivek Rodrigues, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 3 and 4. 2. During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, without going into the rival contentions, both the learned Counsel have pointed out that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement with regard to the dispute raised in the Writ Petition. Both the learned Counsel have produced Minutes of Order duly signed by the Petitioners and the respective Advocates of both the parties. 3. Shri John A. Lobo, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that he has signed the Minutes of Order upon due instructions of the Respondent nos. 1 and 2. 4. Hence, the Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As such, the Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order marked 'X' for identification. Registry to intimidate the Order to the concerned Inquiry Officer. 5. Rule stands disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order. 6. Needless to say, the inquiry shall proceed in terms of the Minutes of Order.
