JUDGMENT F. M. Reis, J. 1. Heard Shri C. A. Ferreira, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents. 2. Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, waives service. 3. The only grievance of the Petitioner is that the amount as determined in the Award dated 14.01.2015 has not been paid to the Petitioner to take further steps in the proceedings. 4. Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, upon instructions of the concerned Land Acquisition Officer, states that such amount shall be disbursed to the Petitioner within four weeks from today in respect of the properties belonging to the Petitioner as reflected in the chart at page 28 of the Petition. 5. Accepting the said statement of the learned Addl. Government Advocate, upon instructions, nothing survives in the above Petition. 6. Rule stands accordingly disposed of.
