JUDGMENT F. M. Reis, J. 1. Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Ms. Bhandari, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Mr. D. Lawande, learned Asst. Solicitor General of India, appearing for the Respondent no. 2. 2. Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the respective Counsel waives service. 3. During the course of the hearing of the above Writ Petition, the only grievance raised by the Petitioner at this stage is that two representations filed by the Petitioners dated 17.06.2014 and 18.09.2014 in compliance with the letter dated 12.06.2002 are still pending before the Respondent no. 1. 4. Ms. Bhandari, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent no. 1, states that such representations shall be examined by the Respondent no. 1 within two months from today, in accordance with law. 5. Shri D. Lawande, learned Asst. Solicitor General of India states that the necessary clarifications sought by the Respondent no. 1 pursuant to letter dated 05.05.2015 shall be examined within one month from today. 6. Accepting the said statement of the learned Addl. Government Advocate on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 and 3, we find that the above Petition can be disposed of, inter alia, thereby directing the Respondent no. 1 to decide the representations dated 17.06.2014 and 18.09.2014 in the light of the observations made herein above as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within three months from today, in accordance with law.
