JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. The only prayer made in the petition is for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 543 of 2012, within a stipulated time. 2. The case referred to above has been filed by the petitioner under section 13 and 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the defendant has been served by publication and he has appeared before the trial Court on 4 April 2015. 3. Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act specifically provides that all proceedings under the Act should be held on a day to day basis and effort should be made to conclude the proceedings as far as possible within six months from the date of service of the petition on the respondent. 4. In view of the aforesaid provisions under the Act, I am of the opinion that no further direction is required. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
