JUDGMENT Pankaj Naqvi, J. Heard Sri Pradeep Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Case No.86/2013, under Sections 406/495 IPC, pending in the court of A.C.J.M- VII, Bareilly. 3. This is a matrimonial dispute, involving applicant no.1 and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife and in view of compromise between them, the proceedings of Case Crime No.134/2012, under Sections 498-A/420/494/307 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act were quashed by the Lucknow Bench of this Court in Application under Section 482 No.4372/2014 on 28.11.2014 (Annexure-9) to the application. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in case this application is disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the court concerned. 5. This application is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned that in case the applicants file an application for discharge along with a certified copy of this order within a month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that rejection of earlier discharge, would not be an impediment for the learned Magistrate to pass fresh orders. Till the disposal of the application, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.
