JUDGMENT : Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has already made a representation for the redressal of his grievance, vide Annexure P-2, dated 8.11.2010. However, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, by passing a speaking/detailed order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this judgment. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
