body2015
JUDGMENT : N. Paul Vasanthakumar, J. 1. This appeal is filed against the order made in CMP No. 451 of 2015 rejecting the request for grant of stay, however, with an observation that the selection/appointment of private respondent shall remain subject to outcome of the writ petition. 2. The selection/appointment of private respondent having been challenged on the merits and contentions raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the appellant chose to argue the writ petition for grant of stay. The same is granted. Learned counsel for private respondent seeks some time to file counter before the learned Single Judge. Hence, three weeks time is granted to file reply before learned Single Judge and the Writ Court is directed to decide the writ petition finally by 9th June 2015. 3. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
