Judgment : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. By the medium of this Letters Patent Appeal, appellant/writ petitioner has thrown challenge to the judgment and order dated 4.7.2014, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP No. 7699 of 2012 titled Soma Devi versus H.P. University and others, whereby the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner/appellant herein came to be dismissed, for short “the impugned judgment”. 2. The moot question is whether the writ petitioner/appellant herein is in her right to question the validity of OBC certificates issued in favour of the private respondents? The Writ Court has dealt with this aspect of the matter in paras 4, 5 and 6 of the impugned judgment. 3. We have gone through the impugned judgment. The impugned judgment is reasoned and legal one, needs no interference. However, if the writ petitioner/appellant is still aggrieved, she may seek appropriate remedy, at an appropriate stage. 4. Having said so, the appeal merits dismissal and is dismissed as such, alongwith pending applications, if any.
