JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings of Original Suit No. 456 of 2004, within a stipulated period. 2. The suit referred to above has been filed by the petitioners against the defendant respondents. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the issues were framed in the suit long back in the year 2004. However, it transpires from the order dated 13 March 2015 that the defendants have been granted time for filing additional written statement, in pursuance of the amendment carried out by the petitioners in the plaint. It is not borne out from the record that additional written statement has been filed by the defendants. 3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for in this petition, but liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to approach the trial Court with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit. 4. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
